How to restart iPhone 13 with hardware buttons
To restart the iPhone using the device’s own hardware buttons, you must first turn off the device.

To do this, press and hold the Side button (right on the iPhone) and the volume up button (on the left).
After this, you will see the Slide to Power Off slider on the screen after a while.

To turn off the iPhone, drag the 13 circles in the slider to the right.

To do this, first open the Settings app and then go to Accessibility> Touch> AssistiveTouch.

Then set the switch next to the AssistiveTouch option to on.
The AssistiveTouch button (like a gray square with a white circle in the middle) now appears on the edge of your screen.

And whenever you want to restart your iPhone, tap the AssistiveTouch button, then go to Device> More and tap Restart.
